Number 8 is getting to me. I'm not sure if I've seen it or not. I've seen a lot of Japanese Horror movies but Japanese Uniforms are similar to that in nearly all the ones I've seen.

I've definitely ruled out Battle Royale and Kill Bill Vol 1. The School Uniforms are completely different.
