Oh Zirc, I'm sorry you had to go through that!..
I've sent flowers through them a few times, but instead of going to the regular FTD website, I looked in the town I was sending the flowers to, to see if they had an FTD florist there..
If they didn't.. I searched for the closest florist to the address, and ordered from them..
They delivered the flowers on time.. :thumbup

Call your mom and explain what happened... I'm sure she will understand..
Then, go online buy something else and send it as a surprise belated Mother's Day present.. She will love it, because to a mom, every day is mother's day!..

Don't feel bad.. You are a good daughter and she knows you tried. ♥

One of my daughters did not call me or sent a card, and didn't write a message on my Facebook page either... but I forgive her anyway..

That's insane... the flower shop in my Mom's town wouldn't take my credit card number over the phone my first year down here... didn't make any sense.

Also, a pet peeve of mine is when companies can't get their shit straight! Ugh, went through something very similar not long ago. It's enough to make you wanna wring someone's neck through the phone lol.
