Hiding a pregnancy maybe hard to believe but not impossible. She seems like she's overweight from the pics, it would have been possible for her to hide her growing belly with over-sized clothes.
Self delivery is possible even without cutting the umbilical cord. Given seemingly that she had planned this, she must have read books on the how to's of delivery without the necessary medical equipment to cut the cord etc. She's not the first one who'd had her baby fall in a toilet b4. The placenta comes out automatically after a few minutes of waiting even without the cord being cut.
