More Photography Competitions?

I was just wondering if we could have more smaller photography comps. One big one a month is kind of boring. I mean it's still fun to have one with a big reward and all, but we could still just have a few side competitions just for fun. Especially if this months competition was a category you don't have any good pictures for. Or if you weren't here the week we were collecting photographs and you have to wait an entire month before you can enter the next competition. These smaller ones could be just for fun or maybe each enterance give 100 tokenz and who ever wins gets the lot... I dunno but, I am super bored tonight and starting a couple of competitions would certainly be fun!

im with you..although i like having a theme... it keeps everything fairer.. eg. 1 person may submit a landscape and some 1 else a portrait.. landscapes in general are easier to shoot than portraits but prob more often look more professional... the brief dont have to be specific.. could be like.. nature... wildlife... portrait.. so on..

Well, yeah there would still be a themes! It just wouldn't be as big of a deal, with a lot more tokenz, and everyone wanting to enter...

I like the way it is...and I would like to say thank you to Ian for taking the time out to run these competitions. Without him, we wouldn't have a photo competition. So thank you, Ian, for all you do.

I know you weren't...and I know that's not how Abrianna meant it either...but I just wanted to make sure that it was put out there. I think too many small competitions like that might make it to where people are like "ughhhhhhhhhhh, ANOTHER photo competition???" But I'm up for any suggestions...and if you guys can think of a way to work it out, then I'm game.

Right now I'm going, 'UGH I hate not having any photo comps...' I told you they don't have to be big ones where we get everyone to enter and everyone to vote. Little ones where 4 people enter and 8 people vote would be nice. It's not like anyone notice but, those involved. Kind of like arcade tournaments, you don't have to donate to them or anything.
