There's a bill currently in the house that would extend the power of the TSA all the way down to the local mass-transit level. Wow... it boggles the mind that people actually think this is a good idea. But hey, we'll just say that it's protecting us from terrorism, and the sheep won't have any problem with it.

But I'm cynical, and I'm not buying it.
