no, pole dancing isn't easy but when you're able to do it, it's pretty freakin easy lol.

pass it around to them, i'm sure they'll love it...they won't be able to take notes b/c there's no way that anyone can top her moves...that's why she's the best

practice lol. Plus it's a brass pole, you can get your body and skin used to sticking to the pole so you'll stick. They even have a sort of lotion that helps the women stick better. It also has to do with the way you place your body against the pole to help it along.
