Yoga, running, and martial arts all teach presence. Have you ever felt completely “in the moment” while exercising, like your body and mind were one?

Yoga is very good for mindfulness. That's because yoga is body poster tuned with mental focus. I sometimes try yoga.

Yoga is very helpful for the body as it relax mind and body. There are lots of meditation and relaxing techniques which we learn from yoga.

I’ve felt that during swimming and long runs. There’s a moment when thoughts quiet down and movement feels effortless, almost meditative. It’s like your body takes over, and you’re just aware of rhythm and breath, that’s when exercise feels spiritual, not just physical.
