The futuristic sci-fi world - could well become reality much sooner than originally thought - as with Microsoft's recent announcement of the arrival of the HoloLens - some time around the launch of Windows 10 later this year - this new device may well be what takes us into the age where the real world merges with the virtual one.

Although once a concept that seemed like decades away and previously only limited to science fiction - its now no longer so - as the innovative headset the HoloLens - is said to be capable of transforming your world into one where all your wildest dreams can be brought to life and just to give you an idea of some of the possibilities - have a look at this

Are you impressed, excited, skeptical or are you wondering if this is just another companion device that will further disconnect people from the real world and lead us nearer to a future society that is only capable of living in a fantasy world unable to deal with reality ?

This is awesome. If these people grouped with the oculus rift people we could probably have a really nice virtual reality headset by now. But the world is driven by clean energy and technology for robotics and enhanced life. Unfortunately, I don't see fully immersive 3d headsets before I die though.
