nothing says anything about him being dead. said he was rushed to the hospital after cardiac arrest

Nobody has reported him dead yet, just that he wasn't breathing when the paramedics arrived and that he was taken to the hospital. TMZ says they've spoken with family members and they say he's "in real bad shape"
