I got a message the other day from an unknown number, no name, saying it was nice to meet me at mike's party.

I don't know anyone called mike :)

Still, that didn't stand in my way - I sent one back saying I was pretty far gone at mike's, could he remind me who he is?

Turns out, his name is Alan.

I didn't reply.

Then I got a message today asking 'Sammi' if she wants to keep in touch, that he knows it might just have been a christmas fling, but apparently she has a nice bum :ninja

I feel bad for the poor guy, it sounds like this Sammi chick gave him a bad number (which turned out to be mine). I almost want to text him and tell him I'd love to meet up but I'm moving to Africa to build schools. Let him down gently.

LMFAO...awesome. The most awkward one I got was from somebody I knew that wasn't meant for me. Having one of my close friends from high school telling me what she wants to do to me after work was NOT enjoyable...and she was a really lame sexter if that was the best she had to offer whoever she was actually TRYING to text.

What I hate now is that a lot of these new phones apparently send responses to mass text messages to EVERYBODY the text was sent to. I've gotten more response texts from people I don't know recently b/c of that stupid feature.

What I think is strange is HK doesn't know anybody named Mike....how can you not know a Mike? :eek

I went to school with a guy called Mike, but I definitely haven't spoken to anyone called Mike recently!

I got one once...

I know it wasn't for me.. because he called her Becca... but I was asked what I was wearing and and asked if I wanted to have my brains fucked out.

I texted back.... "Lame ass line.. wrong number hun.. and I am sure Becca wouldn't fall for the line"

He texted back.. " Oh hello, do you want to take me up on the offer"

I texted back.. "Sure my hubby and I will be round in an hour"

He didn't text back.......... :D

LMFAO, Mel!!! My friend's text was something to the effect of "When I get off work I want to fuck you and suck you. I love sex!" Yeah...it was so lame I couldn't even bring myself to talk to her about it. Obviously she needs me to give her some lessons. :24: :24: :24:

I was laughing so hard while texting back that anyone looking would have thought I was nuts....

OMG that is pretty sad attempt.........

I know no one called Mike in real life.




Anyway I once had a wrong Text message from a woman who wanted to find out a relative's hospital room because she'd brought her flowers. I text back saying she has the wrong number. The woman would not stop texting me saying she had the right number and would I just tell her what hospital room I was in.

In the end I phoned her back and she said "You don't sound like XXXXX, are you her nurse?"

Me : "NO YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER"

Woman: "Oh........ Why didn't you say so"

Me: "I did but you didn't listen"

Woman: "No I would remember you telling me something as important as that. Now can I have XXXXX's phone number please."

I hung up.

OMG.. I would have then turned a little bitchy LOL.. hanging up wouldn't have been what I did..

If I hadn't hung up, I would have been quite rude but I did feel sorry for her having a relative in hospital. The woman was seriously annoying though. I had several days of wrong messages from her, some at late hours when I was asleep, and nearly everytime (some messages I ignored if I'd only just sent her a reply) I told her she had the wrong number.

It was the only thing I ever said to her: "You have the wrong number". How much more clearer could I have been about the matter. I knew she got the messages because she sent me a reply right afterwards :willy_nilly:
