Men make more money then Woman for same job

Well it is unfair if they make more money if they do the same amount of work and work equally as hard. But what if they don't?

What if a man works longer than the woman, and at the end of the month when the performance charts come in and it shows a man has done more to help the company than the woman? Then the man should earn more.

But not if they do the same hours and put in as much good work, then pay should be equal.

What i find more disgraceful is female tennis players at Wimbledon earning the same as the males when they play less sets.

But this goes for anyone. It has nothing to do with race or gender.
The question was about men and women making the same amount of money for the same work.

And your example of what people make playing tennis doesn't even fit here. How much money you make playing tennis is directly related to how many spectators you draw. It has nothing to do with how hard you work. If you can fill the stadium every time you play, you are going to make a lot of money no matter if you play 1 set or 100 sets.
