Well it is unfair if they make more money if they do the same amount of work and work equally as hard. But what if they don't?
What if a man works longer than the woman, and at the end of the month when the performance charts come in and it shows a man has done more to help the company than the woman? Then the man should earn more.
But not if they do the same hours and put in as much good work, then pay should be equal.
What i find more disgraceful is female tennis players at Wimbledon earning the same as the males when they play less sets.
