MEGA Earthquake who's due next LA.. NOPE.. Seattle, Portland and Vancouver !!!

According to scientist Seattle, Portland and Vancouver are next in line for a major earthquake.. This is not good news for my area of the world but has been talked about for a long time now.. They say it can happen anytime between now and 50 years but the real question is will it happen and when as no one really knows..

I know I will not lose sleep about it, but it does make you wonder, as there is little I can do overnight to stop it from happening if it is to happen while I am alive..

The disaster in Chile has brought new attention to an undersea fault along the Pacific Northwest capable of producing the same type of mega earthquake and inflicting heavy damage on bustling cities like Seattle, Portland and Vancouver.

The fault has been dormant for more than 300 years, but when it awakens — tomorrow or decades from now — the consequences could be devastating.

The last rupture unleashed the largest known quake to hit the Lower 48 — a magnitude-9 that sent tsunami waves crashing into Japanese coastal villages.

I'm glad I live in the valley not that it will make that much of a a difference in the long run. All them bastards from the city will wanna camp out in our farmyard.

Ha... ID10Ts went nuts when the Canucks lost the cup, can you imagine what they will do to your farm if we have an earthquake that size.. Say goodbye to anything not cemented to the ceiling..

Na... it's going to happen someday, that's a given.

We do get small shakers here quite frequently. None have got my attention since the one that happened about 2 in the morning back in about 1968. That one shook the whole bloody house and get my ass out of the rack in a hurry. Dishes rattled, light fixtures swung etc.
