Does anyone else have this?

I am starting to develop/notice that I have this, and I am wondering how it is going to affect me in life?

It depends, I have an allergy to the adhesive they use in Band-aids and some medical tapes.. I usually deal with it as its just a mild irritation I get anymore, but its still annoying.

I get a rash mainly right around the area the bandage is stuck on, not much more. And honestly I've avoided bandages for the most part, so I honestly wouldnt know about how it changes.

ok thanks. i was just worried if it turned into an allergy to latex or what. and what if i have surgery and they have to tape me up? i don't think that paper tape cut it the last time I had an I.V.

I found out just a couple months ago when I had my sleep study that I have a mild allergy to that surgical tape. You just need to let the doc's know so they can use something else instead. The only way to find out if it can form into something more is to find out exactly what it is that you are allergic too on that surgical tape.

Both PS and I have noticed we're starting to break out from bandages. Cheap shit from China perhaps?

Neither of us have ever broken out from bandages until about the last 2 years. Makes ya wonder what they're using.
