Do you consider doing a medical body check up for your body even if you don't fall sick. For me I find it more inconvenient and it's too costly for me altogether

I rarely do body checks except when I'm sick. And I also don't do body checks unless my illness is quite severe, for minor illnesses I do self-medication at home.

I too don't do body checks. I don't see any reason for doing that when I am feeling okay. I therefore consider it as a waste of time and money in doing it.

I'm one of those who only goes to a doctor when I'm dying. In fact, I don't think I even have a family doctor anymore because I've been inactive for so long. B0ufo0m.gif The thing is, as much as it feels like a waste of time to do regular check ups if you're feeling fine, it's probably a good thing to establish what is normal for your body and what isn't. Then if something abnormal pops up the doctor can diagnose things before they become life threatening. Having said that, the last time I saw a doctor was 8 years ago when I was trying to determine if I could be a surrogate for my sister. I guess I don't practice what I preach. Gs6N07H.gif
