Political issues are shaped by media. How do you spot bias in news? Do you trust certain sources over others? What’s one way to improve media fairness?

I spot bias by checking multiple sources, noting emotional language, and comparing facts. I trust outlets with transparent reporting and diverse viewpoints. One way to improve media fairness is encouraging independent journalism and media literacy education for all.

media is handled by big businesses and government, and they tend to have biases. Just compare the news from CNN and Al Jazeera and you will know how they are trying to shape a narrative.

There is no media outlet that is not bias. All of them have a side they lean more towards in the political landscape based on their interests. You can always spot that when they only mildly criticize that side of the political divide as opposed to fierce criticism of the opposite side.
