Alright ladies and gents...another month, another exercise challenge. In the past few months it's basically worn down to just me and Zirc. What a bunch of slackers!!! Whether it's 10 minutes a day or 2 hours a day, get off your butt and burn some calories. Exercise is good for the mind, body, and soul...so do yourself some good and join us in the chalenge!!!

The way we do it on the weight loss forum is that you just make 1 post and you edit it to update throughout the month. HOWEVER, once so much time has passed on this forum you are not able to edit your post unless you're a moderator. So if you will just make a new post once you're no longer able to edit, I will merge the posts for you to make it one post. ;) Please do not quote your previous post in your additional posts as it creates a lot more work than what is necessary just to merge them. ;)

Oh I'm probably going to regret this, but I have the Warrior Dash and the Autism Walk and POSSIBLY a bike relay this month, so I'm going to make my goal 2800 minutes this month!!!

Goal: 2800 minutes
Total: 2560 minutes

1 - Rest Day.
2 - 35 minute at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
3 - 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
4 - 65 minutes walking in my neighborhood + 15 minutes mowing the yard + 75 minutes at the gym
5 - 35 minutes at the gym + 15 minutes mowing the yard + 5 minutes marching in place + 65 minutes at the gym
6 - 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 5 minutes marching in place + 5 minutes dancing (I got bored at work, LOL) + 70 minutes at the gym
7 - 5 minutes marching in place

8 - 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes at the gym
9 - 35 minutes at the gym + 10 minutes abs + 70 minutes at the gym
10 - 5 minutes marching in place + 50 minutes pushing around about 100 pounds of groceries + 55 minutes DanceFit Class
11 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym
12 - 5 minutes marching in place + 5 minutes jogging to wake up (LOL)
13 - 5 minutes marching in place + 55 minutes DanceFit Class + 30 minutes setting up tents/unloading camping gear + 25 minutes hiking
14 - 25 minutes hiking + 65 minutes Warrior Dash (WHOO HOOOOOOOOOO!!!)

15 - 10 minutes hiking + 30 minutes taking down tents/loading camping gear
16 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place
17 - 10 minute marching in place + 10 minutes elliptical + 60 minutes DanceFit Class
18 - 5 minutes marching in place + 35 minutes treadmill
19 - 5 minutes marching in place + 35 minutes elliptical
20 - 60 minutes DanceFit Class + 5 minutes marching in place + 35 minutes treadmill + 40 minutes mowing the yard
21 - 5 minutes marching in place + 20 minutes walking

22 - 5 minutes marching in place + 65 minutes Walk for Autism + 60 minutes walking
23 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 75 minutes at the gym
24 - 35 minutes at the gym + 5 minutes marching in place + 70 minutes at the gym

Ok, I'm in. It's been forever since I worked out with any regularity and I need to make it a priority. I'm going to start with a goal of 300 minutes this month. Not a lot, I know, but if I do 20 minutes every other day (or even 10 a day) I'll be there.

Jumping in late, but just got p90x so I figured why not keep track here too.

For the rest of the month, I'll be shooting for 1380. An hour a day for 23 days.

total: 700

8: 30 @ dog park
9: 45 I could not finish. My arms were jelly. :(

11: 60 Couldn't do the second workout; too sore from before :( Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
12: 45; only half as long as it should have been. The yoga kicked my ass :(

I started back at the gym again on Friday, been there every day since expect for yesterday. Another week and I should be back into the swing of things for good. Gotta shed this weight so I can like... I don't know, go swimming and stuff this summer without being horribly embarrassed.

1-5 - Nothing
6 - 60 minutes
7 - 90 minutes (cardio/weights)
8 - 60 minutes
9 - nothing
10 - 60 minutes
11 - 60 minutes
12 - nothing
13 - 45 minutes
14 - 60 minutes

Total to date: 435 minutes

Ended up taking a break for about two weeks... but back on it.. updated

Got running shoes yesterday and planning on going to invest in something to wear on my legs (maybe yoga pants would be good.) so I can start working out. Maybe tomorrow? I'd love to be held accountable somewhere. I've got a LOT of weight I want to get rid of.
