I do think some of this drug testing in sport goes too far. I've seen plenty of sportsmen and women get suspending for testing positive for cannabis. How does smoking a joint give you an unfair advantage in any way?

It could have an effect, assuming the old saying that "sports are 90% mental" is true. I know my golf game certainly improves when I'm consuming alcohol. I'd imagine cannabis might have a similar effect. No better road to pounding out a good score than losing your inhibitions. :) EDIT: I don't think I'm ballsy enough to take a doobie out on the course.
