i recently participated in march of dimes in Dallas with a freind, and upon starting the race there was a group picketing against animal testing. I can understand if they feel like that and i will try to go over the positive things first.
I spoke with one of the older members and he was very sensible and made no judgments or commands and did not critize our involvment in the march of dimes. he simply wished us to also express to the organization to put the money raised to another use
the downside is there were several people holding posters that downplayed our charity walking in the actual event. It angered me to see people saying what we were doing was a waste due to their notions
_____now for quick peta rant________________________
I'm am strongly agaisnt peta, many of their campaigns annoy me an extreme amount and the animal testing one....
the vice president of peta uses insulin, developed through animal testing
and if animal testing is so bad then why do we have advances in science through it?
