Well, you might have health weight but with the kind of food habit most of us have, it is really difficult to remain healthy weight. We need to constantly monitor our weight and make changes in our lifestyle and diet for Weight Management. I try to include a lot of cucumbers in my diet, especially when I am putting on weight. A 100-gram serving contains only 4 grams of carbohydrates and is very low in calories, making it ideal for weight control.
