i was on a highway, us17n, and at a light. sittin next to me is an acura, prolly a late 90s tl ..

im on the left, hes on the right...

mind you, i drive a 99 mustang gt auto.

so the light turns green, and he goes, and i just push a bit on the gas, not expecting him to take off...

so i go almost all the way ( id spin if i went pedal-to-floor ) and catch up real quick ( it was maybe a .5 second lead he had on me... )

i just go. up to the speed limit of 55, so it was a quick shot.

interesting thing is, he stayed with me. pretty equal.

i never got to talk to him. that was an awesome acura. i wanted to know what he had done to it. :banana :banana

considering you've modified yours... i would say id probably pull you by about 1 car length at the beginning. but then your 4.10 gears would get my factory 3.27 or 3.73 gearing... :dunno
