is it really fair to the ten year old to let her raise her child??? i think foster care is best here...unless HER mother wanted to take on the responsibilty and let her daughter be a part of the baby's life. But at 10 the girl can't even get a job much less try and support her baby. To let the baby stay with the mother is automatically placing the responsibility on the 10 year old's parents.

I don't personally see that as a bad thing, think that would be best for the kid. Obviously a lot of help and support is needed here but I think that would be the best solution.
