I worked out with a trainer on Tuesday.. well today is Thursday and my legs STILL HURT HORRIBLY! I cant even tighten them up with out sharp pains. :( How do I make it stop? I have another trainer appointment tonight!!!! :eek

It depends whether you've overdone it or strained the muscles. If overdid it you just need to wait until it goes away, but today training session will help you.

But if you strained the muscles a visit to the doctor seem to be necessary.

you have a build up of lactic acid in your musces that causes them to be sore...look up lactic acid and relief from it, it should help you out

It sounds to me that you trained to hard. Have you tried to exercise a little yet? The pain should go away as soon as you warm your muscles up.

i havent worked out since tuesday. I did walk on a treadmill after the trainer..however, I dont think that helped

Robert, I looked it up and thats probably what it is. :)
