I worked out with a trainer on Tuesday.. well today is Thursday and my legs STILL HURT HORRIBLY! I cant even tighten them up with out sharp pains. How do I make it stop? I have another trainer appointment tonight!!!! :eek

You massage one leg and I'll massage the other.
I looked it up...drink alot of water and strech....best ways to get rid of it
