Plasma centers use raffles, bonuses, and loyalty rewards to attract repeat donors. Does this approach safeguard the plasma supply, or does it pressure financially vulnerable individuals into frequent donations, raising serious ethical concerns about consent and exploitation in a for-profit medical industry?

I would label it as unethical. In our country, you cannot sell plasma or kidneys even if you want to. It is illegal.

Loyalty programs for plasma donation raise a tough question. Rewards can boost supply and thank regular donors, but they may also pressure people who rely on incentives to meet financial needs. Do these programs motivate healthy participation, or risk turning a voluntary act into economic coercion? I think it can be both
