Dammit, and to think I walked into that very newsagent in the picture in Camden to buy some baccy about an hour after you probably took that photo!:( Awesome pictures though, I feel very blessed to live near there, looks like you had a great time too!:)

Hi Maria.

Did you enjoy yr time there?

Those red phone boxes are very rare nowadays. They were our traditional phone boxes, they were all we had when I was growing up. They started phasing them out in the late eightees, early nineties for modern ones.

That pic you took of Big Ben, has the Houses of Parliament to the left of it.

I was on the London Eye about 3 wks ago with my son. I am waiting to get chance to spend time sorting photo bucket out to host my pics to post on here though.

Good pics, Maria. :)

There are places in England, that (apart from the architecture which has more elsewhere in England), are lovelier than London in a way.

London does have many attractions and things to do, but it's way too fast and dirty (smoggy).

I think we all appreciate other places/countries when it's elsewhere and not an everyday thing.

THanks everyone, I did have a good time and I loved the city and all the different cultures and races :)
I am sure that there's a lot more to see in England and I can't wait to see it soon :)
