Constant exposure to global violence, political chaos, and injustice can cause panic attacks or insomnia. Do you limit your news intake to protect your mental health?

I have stopped watching rubbish indian media that always promoted hatred and toxicity against my beloved country. That rubbish Indian media is full of losers and stupid people like gaurav arya and arnab gooswami.

Recently, there was a demonstration and it went rouge. Total 74 people died in two days violence. Things like these always cause distress if you are are a responsible citizen of the country. Even the international situations, for instance the events in Gaza, can make you experience anxiety and depression.
