We all suffer from the blues sometimes. But their are things you can do from time to time to lift your spirits.
When I feel a little down, I like listening to music, especially songs which have an upbeat rhythm and have positive lyrics.
However, what really works quite well for me is to listen to happy music from a good time in my life. It often makes me feel like I've stepped back in time to an enjoyable time in my life.
And this especially gives me a positive blast from the past when the song I'm listening to is not only from a good year in my life, but is also a song I haven't heard in a long time - a song that I thought I had forgotten about.
