Linux Users?

I have just recently replaced XP with Xandros a Linux distro. No real burning questions now.. (well trying to get my laptop to run through my treo for internet connection on the fly) but just wanted to get a feeling for any Nixers out there to bounce questions off of in the future.

I've had experience with Unix in the past, and I absolutely hated it. I haven't really used Linux though :dunno

for the most part im loving the change.. especially with some of the new user friendly Distros like Xandros.. thats the only way I could make the jump.. i have been wanting to do it for a while.. but was forced to on my last deployment since my operating disk failed to reinstalll xp..

Good luck with that antiquated OS

Unless your a developer, I don't see much of a point being on Linux/Unix. However, if tens of millions of users start using it, the hackers will come out of the wood work and start picking that OS apart as well.
