So my daughter has one of those LG Neon 2 GT350 phones. Not LG Neon II as she screamed at me the other day because it did not work but LG Neon 2.. 
What a piece of turd...
The screen was not calibrated and there is no way to get to the Menu Box at the Very Top edge to do the Calibration of it..
After looking for almost 2 hours on Google, there were something like thousands of complaints about the screen not working on this GT350 Neon 2 phone with people saying DON'T BUY..
How I wish I had helped her pick a phone but unfortunately it was not me that went with her... :willy_nilly: When we went to the store and talked to the technician. After my Googling and not finding a Keyboard shortcut to the Phone Settings in the upper corner, I also asked the cell phone company guy if he knew a code to access such short cut, just in case. Nope, no access.. :eek They did the obligatory " we will send it back but it will take two weeks and we have no loaners right now so you need to wait" thing.. Her phone DOESN'T WORK it's not a matter of choice as she needs one for work and other things. Not our problem said the guy, buy a new one.
How can a company that makes phones make it so crappy and expect good reviews.. In all I find this phone worth exactly what my ##$%^&*O paid for it which was NOTHING..
If your going to get your kid a phone, get one of quality, especially if it's for being on work call or needing them to pick up younger ones.. Saving $30 to $50 and never being able to get a hold of your kids is not worth the savings..
