I got a bag of candy, a $50 gift card to Penney's, a bottle of Crown Royal Reserve and a massager to rest my back on. Today is my wife's family Christmas. I know I will get money and a dirty santa gift.

Oh trust me I expected nothing I got. We dropped quite a bit on the kids. They got things they needed or asked for and cash.

I got a necklace and earring set and a cookbook from my mom.


And I got these AWESOME shoes from V.


And this cute duffel bag from my bestfriend, her wife, and the girls.


Our shift will be exchanging gifts at work tomorrow, too. For me it's way more fun to give and see people's reactions...I think most of us will agree to that. Merry Christmas, everybody!!!

Santa Claus had to visit my house earlier this year b/c of my work schedule (no matter WHAT Greaser tells you). BUT he's not visiting the 911 center until his normally scheduled time...so we will be opening gifts here tomorrow night.

Absolutely, it is...which is why I spent yesterday w/ my family on my off day instead of trying to squeeze it in before work today or tomorrow. It's just not the same if I don't get to relax and sit around sipping coffee and shooting the shit after everything is done, yanno??? We had a small crowd yesterday...my nephew and his girlfriend, my niece, my brother and his wife, my mom and me, my bestfriend and her wife and their 2 girls, and Veronica stopped by for a few minutes on her way to work. It was a nice evening, though, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it.

Tomorrow will be about celebrating w/ my WORK family.

I must admit this frog filled duffel bag is cute..

It's adorable AND it's huge. Big enough that I'll be able to use it as a carry-on. Woot woot!!!

I got a Blackberry playbook, which is great. Few books about crime, football annual book, Jack Daniels set (little glass and little bottle of Jack), lynx shower sets, 3 selection boxes, pair of slippers. Going to my Grandma's in a couple of days so will get some money there I think.

My Secret Santa at work got me Snowhite and the Huntsman on DVD, a Starbucks coffee mug w/ a Christmas tree made out of K-cups (I didn't tell her that I don't have a Keurig, and I frigging LOVE the mug b/c it's the only kind of coffee mug I like), and some Lindor chocolates. She did a good job!!!

And then for $1 gifts I got a Chef Basket, 2 lottery tickets (I didn't win anything, boooooo!!!), candy, more candy, even more candy, a frog loofah mitten, and an ornament.

Plus V brought the boys up to the center and they gave me hugs, told me thank you for their gifts, and told me Merry Christmas.

I got 2 pairs of jeans, two tops, a set of pjs, pj pants, slippers, two dvds, a set of books I wanted(the only thing I asked for) $50 cheque(for the three of us) and perfume.

Aww, my neighbors just brought me a Tervis Tumbler w/ a stuffed frog inside of it and $50 cash.

I got an AWESOME Origami owl necklace from tasha ( maybe tash will post the pic i posted on fb, but i cant from work ) Its a locket that has the boys birthstones in it, a dog AND an AUTISM heart!!! I LOVE IT!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

Zach got me the camera lense i have been DYING for!! (skyblue watch out!!) Im so excited!!! He also got me Victoria Secrets Teaser body spray and lotion (love the scent!!), feet warmers, bath salts (not the kind to make you high haha)

Jacob got me a back scratcher WITH HIS OWN MONEY! that was so sweet! He was so excited!

Austin got me a book with HIS own money. (the book is strange tho.. very wierd)

Sharon and Bobby got me a .. SEWING MACHINE!! SCORE! Im so excited about that one! I cant wait to set up my sitting room!!! She gave me 3 pictures (1 of her and bobby when they first got married in blk n white, one of his mom that passed away this year, and one of his granddad that passed away this year) she also gave me a purse that i opened BEFORE christmas. ANd I have a china set that she bought me that i also got before christmas that she got me from the boys.


My secret pal at work gave me a starbucks giftcard, a wineglass that said mommys sippy cup, and a nail clipper set.

My SHIFT secret santa gave me a 17 piece set of picture frames! YAY!!! Our shift also exchanged dollar gifts and that was mainly lottery tickets. LOL

It was a good christmas!
