Does anyone here know meditation? I learned Vipassana years ago and had recently decided to give it another try. I guess stress and the need to seek inner peace are some of the reasons why I decided to get back into it.
The main difference between Vipassana meditation and other varieties is that Vipassana is pretty much a very ancient and simple form of mediation without any complex mantras or special techniques. The main point is to control one's breathing and allow that rhythm of breathing in and out to slowly take your mind away to an inner place.
