If I were a betting man, my money would be on the fact that this wasn't the first time this child has had a run in with a teacher.

I know if I had would have anything such as that as a child...life at home would have become very rough for a couple 3 months

Going off of what Natasha said, the parents were called numerous times with no answer.

I'm guessing home life for the little girl sucks with no structure or rules.

They tried to calm the girl for over an hour according to local news reports. And mom's excuse for being unreachable is that her phone was out of minutes. Sorry, unacceptable when you have kids.

But worry not...Reverend Sharpton has been called in.

Highly possible of no rules at home..or maybe a child with issues..either way she needs better parents or counseling.
I would have no objection with family services being involved with this one

She was 2 and at a day care..rather than in school.
The daycare staff chased the kid down and beat her
The cops were called and covered it up lol

It is possible that home life sucks but this is not always the case.
I could be from just one incident in her life or could be a mental and or physical defect.
Usually is a cause from lack of attention.
Maybe the teacher is an ass.
I had one in 4th grade and he got fired when he got caught.
