Just found out earlier that he is still in a coma but he is responding to certain things. Like the telephone rang and he jerked his leg when it rang. The doctors said he is taking 3 more breaths a minute that he was, so thats a good thing too. They say he is doing so much better than they expected him to do so soon.

Just heard today that when he does wake up from the coma that he will either wake up fine or he will wake up with some brain damage. I couldnt imagine how his parents feel not knowig=ng if your son is going to be fine or if he is going to be screwed up for the rest of his life or even yet not knowing if your son will live thru the night.

Glad to hear he's doing better than expected.......prepare for the worst and hope for the best! I can't imagine what his family is going through right now.

He opened his eyes yesterday but the outcome isnt looking too good. I believe it is his left side that is paralyzed and he has some brain damage. So so sad.
