Alright, ladies and gentlemen...it's time to try to whip those bodies into shape for beach season!!! Come join us in the monthly exercise challenge. Whether you're a fitness buff or just looking to shed a few extra pounds, you're welcome here!!! Your goal can be anything from working out a few times a week, working out a certain number of times or amount of time, or completing a certain amount of exercises (300 pushups, etc).

My goal for this month is going to be 2000 minutes plus 500 crunches using my Perfect Sit-up.

8 - 90 minutes putting together outdoor fireplace
9 - 90 minute hike

13 - 50 crunches using Perfect Sit-up
14 - Lazy.
15 - Lazy.
16 - Lazy.
17 - 125 minutes cleaning up
18 - Lazy.
19 - 50 minutes DanceFit Class
20 - 80 minutes at the gym
21 - 80 minutes at the gym
22 - 90 minutes playing pool
23 - 80 minutes hiking the Indian Mounds
24 - Fuck exercise, it's my birthday!!!
