NEW YORK (AP) — Another Spears baby is reportedly on the way — and it's not Britney's. Jamie Lynn Spears, the 16-year-old "Zoey 101" star and sister of Britney, told OK! magazine that she's pregnant and that the father is her boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.
"It was a shock for both of us, so unexpected," she said. "I was in complete and total shock and so was he."
Spears is 12 weeks along and initially kept the news to herself when she learned of the pregnancy from an at-home test and subsequent doctor visit, she told the celebrity magazine, which hits stands in New York on Wednesday and the rest of the country by Friday.

Her boyfriend is 19 years old....why isn't he in jail? Why do guys who have sex with underage celebrities never get jail time?

Crazy at such a young age but I really dont see what is so bad about a 19 year old having sex with a 16 year old to warrent him going to jail. Over here it's perfectly legal, it's not like a huge age gap or anything where a man could be seen to be taking advantage of an impressionable young girl, 19 year old blokes are pretty stupid as much as 16 year old girls.

Its perfectly legal for someone to drink at any age in private over her, you need to be 18 here though to be able to buy alcohol and drink it publicly (17 in some cases) I myself have been drinking as long as I remember, I definately remember sinking pints when I was 5.

Well behind closed doors 13 yr olds can boink a 19 yr old .. it's out in public things get hairy .. same goes for anything else that has an age limit .. they gotta put it somewhere or else people abuse it.

I think maybe an age difference legal age might be more sensible up till a certain age. Some of the age limits for things in different countries are ridiculous! Over her you can have sex at 16 but cant watch it, in the USA you can die for your country before you can buy a beer. See what I'm getting at?

Not saying it makes sense lol .. but I know I don't want some 19 yr old hussie boinking my 16 yr old lol .. I am still legally responsible for anything my child does until he turns 18 too.

In all honesty I think anyone under 30 is extra foolish at times .. but imo a 16 yr old is more impressionable than a 19 yr old (especially love struck girls), and I think that is the reasoning for some laws.

Without trying to sound sexist, I think 19 year old boys are just as if not more stupid and irresponsible than 16 year old girls on average but I guess we can agree to disagree there.

If she was in NZ the guy wouldn't be put in prison as its perfectly legal for a 16 year old to have sex with someone older. Any younger then that it is a criminal offence

Well considering she is Britney spears little sister so she is going to follow in her slutty older sister’s ways. =P I hate how 13-14 year olds these days get pregnant, but this is not good. It just makes it seem okay for the younger kids at 13-14 to have sex earlier.
