I wanna open either my own movie theater(Grindhouse, cause I love crazy extreme flicks), or a move/game store(I guess like Blockbuster, the sell movies and games).

The movie/game store would be the better option though. Why? Because! There's this old pawnshop a few minutes away from my house that has been shut down for years that's for sale! And it's the perfect size too =D
