So we FINALLY signed and closed on our new home!!! What sucks though is that the sellers had a contract saying that they couldnt buy until their house was sold so unfortunatly, they are still living there and we cant move in this week like we thought we would!! Whats worse.....THEY GAVE US THE FREAKIN KEY!! AND WE CANT MOVE IN YET!! Thats like tellin someone who's been starving for a week that u have a big juicy steak but they cant have it!! I was soooo excited and happy yesterday when DH showed me the key to "our home" then he said....."dont get too excited....we cant move in yet" UGH!! :unsure:

I keep in the arcade most of the time! LoL that and ive been busy packing!
They had already found one....that was the problem.....they couldnt close on the house that they found until the house they were selling was bought! We were suppose to have closed last friday but our lender didnt have the papers for the title company ready yet. So we FINALLY closed yesterday and now they get to close and move out. So with hopes of fast moving, we'll start to move monday or tuesday!!
They've known since beginning of december that we were buying and knew by the end of december when we were gonna close on the house.....so now we all are waiting!! They have 10 days (now 9) after the closing date to move out and they are charged $100 for every day that they stay after that......but i dont htink that will be a problem!!
