Vinyl sales keep rising alongside streaming. Do you collect records for audio quality, artwork, or ritual? Does vinyl change how you listen to albums?

Vinyl’s comeback is about both. Audiophiles value its warm, rich sound, while many listeners are drawn to the tactile, collectible, and nostalgic aspects. Owning and playing records has become as much a lifestyle and identity statement as an audio choice.

I believe it's about both, but me personally I prefer to listen to music via streaming or digitally via a CD over vinyl. I'm not much of an audiophile though when it comes to listening to music, unless it's video game music and specifically music on the Genesis.

In the age of music streaming, if someone is using Vinyl, it is more about lifestyle identity.
