Starting something new comes with discomfort. Do you avoid new hobbies because of skill gaps or social fear? What helped you try something unfamiliar? How do you choose whether a new interest is worth continuing?

I don't think so, it all depends on your willingness to try hobby and your ability to succeed in it.

Yes, trying new hobbies often feels harder because it involves uncertainty, learning curves, and fear of being bad at something. Familiar hobbies feel safe and rewarding. That said, new hobbies can be more energizing once you push past the initial discomfort and self-doubt.
