People track steps and calories but sacrifice sleep easily. How many hours do you realistically get each night? Have you noticed changes in focus or mood when sleep improves? What habits help you protect sleep in a busy lifestyle?

I think sleep is the most ignored health habit, people are not sleeping as much as their body needs, they also have difficulty in sleeping due to over use of devices. All of these habits are causing a sharp rise in mental health issues

This could damage health in both cases sleep for long period than required and sleep less at night.
