Scrolling or binge-watching in bed seems harmless, but studies suggest it keeps the brain passive and disrupts real rest. Do you find your stress or fatigue worse after long digital sessions in bed? How do you set boundaries without feeling guilty for taking breaks?

Screen time in bed is making stress and anxiety worse. Using screens while on bed will hamper your sleep, and loss of sleep or not getting enough sleep due to heavy use of screen causes a lot of mental health issues

I am sure it does because I notice that work I spend more time looking at a screen in bed more I'm likely to report insomnia and sleep loss, it might happen to others

Yes, screen time in bed can worsen stress. The blue light from devices interferes with melatonin, disrupting sleep quality, while social media or work notifications keep the mind active. Poor sleep and constant stimulation can heighten anxiety and make it harder to relax.
