Taking breaks often comes with guilt. Do you struggle to rest without justifying it? How did your view of rest form? What helped you see rest as necessary rather than something earned?

In many cultures busyness shows a person’s worth, so taking time to rest can be misinterpreted as laziness. In reality, rest is essential for focus, creativity, and mental health, and framing it as productivity-supporting helps shift this mindset.

These days, a lot of people try to keep themselves busy. and avoid getting rest. There are two reasons behind this, one, they need to be on the top of the game, so they don't have the liberty to rest, and two, they want to keep themselves busy so that people have high opinion about them. Since being busy is all about being successful, a lot of people are not very positive about rest.
