How about the closed mindset of the socialist anarchist? Look, I've tried to have civil conversations with you, but you tend to start every thread with veiled and not-so-veiled insults, then pepper prejudicial comments throughout while glibly ignoring concrete fact as presented.

I'm sorry if you found that offensive Accountable, I certainly wouldn't add yourself into the category of the typical conservative, you strike me as a man with a progressive mind yourself. You voted Ron Paul, who's views could easily be called fairly radical, and in what he proposes as a reduction in government is in that sense progressive. You don't have the usual black and white world view as a typical conservative. Honestly, no offense intended, I was briefly defending my "dogma" that was being attacked, despite it's not being related to the topic in hand.

I suppose this is why I had such a problem with Beck's use of the word progressivism, when really, he just wanted to attack liberals.

You write as if you watch him regularly.

He has come to the view I've had for years: that both of our major parties work hand-in-hand to grow government, usurp political power, and enrich themselves and their benefactors. He's decided to do as so many lazy-minded people do: apply a label to it, so as to make it easier to hate a larger group of people.
