Playful activities often disappear after childhood. Do you still engage in outdoor play? Which activities feel playful rather than goal-driven? How does play affect your stress levels and social connections?
I don't engage in any kind of outdoor plays, however, I understand importance of outdoor play for adults. In fact some adults still engage in outdoor play, especially sports
Yes outdoor play is definitely still important for adults. There's no rule saying you can't play basketball like a child does or even go sledding in the wintertime. I think it would be cool if companies made adult sized playgrounds, heck I'd use it lol.
