Karma is often seen as fair concept as it ensures that moral actions will lead to good outcomes. However, critics argue that it has been misused to justify inequality, for example, caste discrimination in India. Does karma promote justice, or does it encourage acceptance of suffering? How does it compare to Western notions of justice and fairness?

Karma is a moral concept, it promotes accountability, encouraging good actions with the idea that they lead to positive outcomes. However, I think it can also be used to justify social hierarchies, suffering, or inaction, making people accept injustice rather than challenge it.

Karma can be seen both ways. Philosophically, it’s a moral framework linking actions to consequences. Socially, it’s sometimes used to encourage conformity or justify inequality. Whether it feels just or controlling depends on how it’s taught, interpreted, and applied.
