IQ is often valued, but many argue that emotional intelligence (EQ) is just as crucial for success. Should society prioritize intellectual achievement or emotional resilience? Which has had a bigger impact on your own life—IQ or EQ?

I believe that emotional resilience and balance at a high level with average intelligence would achieve a higher success than someone with high intelligence and average emotional resilience. It is emotional resilience that would help you to manage people and situations to get a proper balance.

I think both have equal place. You need emotional strength, without being emotionally strong how would you maintain your personal and professional life. Likewise, without being intelligent how will you earn a living.

Both matter, but emotional strength often guides how we use intelligence. I’ve seen smart people struggle, while emotionally strong individuals adapt and grow. Balancing logic with empathy leads to wiser decisions and healthier relationships.
