Can true calm last forever, or is peace something you have to keep cultivating each day? What practices help you return to equilibrium when life throws you off balance?

Inner peace feels more like a daily practice than a permanent state. Life constantly brings challenges, so maintaining calm requires regular reflection, mindfulness, or meditation. It isn’t about never feeling stress but learning to respond with clarity and balance, making it a continuous effort rather than a fixed condition.

It is possible to reach the permanent state of inner peace but it should be practiced daily. However, once you reached the state of inner peace, there is no turning back, you will continue to remain in that state.
