People track steps but rarely track emotions. Do you check in with your mental state regularly? What tools help, journaling, reflection, or conversations? Has awareness changed how you react to stress?

Absolutely. Like any skill, emotional awareness improves with regular practice. Checking in with your feelings, reflecting on reactions, and observing patterns daily helps you respond rather than react, improving relationships, decision-making, and overall mental well-being.

In out society our feelings do not matter much, what actually matters is you need to be people pleasure. As long as you please people you are liked, and the moment you stand for yourself people will start disliking you.

Definitely we need to keep practicing emotional awareness so that we can have the stability that we need. Our emotional and mental health needs to be worked on to progress with it.
