Is anyone else watching Weeds?

I've recently discovered this at the suggestion of a friend. I find it wickedly funny. I'm actually rooting for a drug dealing mother of two teenagers, quite odd. I guess that speaks to the writer's ability to make the characters likeable, with the exception of Celia. Her hurtful comments towards her little girl disgust me.

I'm in the middle of season 2, still catching up before I join the new season, but don't mind discussing it in real time.

I'm enjoying it. Without network sensors, the show can be quite wild, but the characters are well done and the central plotline, the unexpected loss of her husband, the kids loss of their father, is always there.

I have recently started watching the series from Netflix. I am on season three. I LOVE IT! I am with you though, it seems fairly twisted to sympathize with her when she is clearly making such bad choices.

LOL Choices society as a whole frowns upon, putting her in a class of people we define as scum.

It is only fiction, so I enjoy it free of guilt.
