Yeah, that's what I meant. No printing and shit, just make a teaser poster? I have a SAW IV teaser poster that someone made and I wanna see what it'd look like if it were real.

As long as the picture is created with enough detail you can send it to a local printer and they will print a copy for you. At my work we have a color printer that uses 24" wide rolls of paper. The resolution is pretty good, especially if you use photo paper.

Well I lost the original drawing of the poster, but I was hoping somebody here that's good with photoshop could make me a SAW IV teaser poster, just to see if my idea would look good in something other than paintshop XD Use this for the word SAW IV at the top-

If you can, remove the wavy lines in the back?

Then for the poster design, just put a scalpel with the blade facing up on the left side, and on the right directly beside the scalpel, put a pair of bone cutters upside down(The blades facing down), to form a IV.
